Customer service professional with more than 10 years of experience, with strong communication skills, adaptable, focused on customer satisfaction. My career has been driven by solving problems and building better relationships between customers and businesses. I have a degree in Spanish-Portuguese Translation, my first experience abroad was when I lived in Spain, but I had the opportunity to spend other seasons in several other countries and I achieved other personal projects, such as volunteer work, in sports events and hotels for example. Since 2013 I work with customer service, from corporate events, hostels and airports. I like and find it easy to work in a team and with people from different cultures. Today I can say that my differential is the excellence in customer service. The plurality of customers I have supported gave me a great understanding of a multinational environment and all its diversity.
