— knowledge of the basics of producing TV programs
— at least minimal production skills (ability to communicate with experts, ability to search for speakers)
— ability to work in difficult conditions
— skills of preparing material for broadcast, the ability to "cut" a synchron for 30 seconds out of 5 minutes of a speech
